Withdrawing funds is a risky operation involving asset transfer. Before proceeding with a withdrawal, please carefully read this risk disclosure statement to fully understand the potential risks associated with withdrawals, be aware of the various risk factors involved in this service, and carefully consider your own risk awareness, risk identification ability, and risk tolerance before making the decision to use this service.

Once you confirm this service notice, it will be considered that you have thoroughly read and understood all the contents of this risk disclosure statement and voluntarily accept Arkham's withdrawal service; it will also be considered that you have sufficient understanding of the risks of withdrawal and voluntarily assume the risks and legal liabilities that may arise from the withdrawal operation.

OKG hereby provides the following risk warnings and statements:

1. Change of Asset Ownership: Once funds are withdrawn to another platform or address, these assets will be controlled by the individual/platform of the withdrawal address;

2. Platform Unable to Recover Funds: Once the withdrawal is completed, the platform will not be able to assist you in recovering the withdrawn assets;

3. Asset Loss Due to Withdrawal to Untrustworthy Platforms: Being enticed by others to withdraw funds to untrustworthy platforms such as pyramid schemes or Ponzi schemes, resulting in the inability to withdraw the funds from that platform;

4. Failure to Repay Loans: Due to lending relationships, withdrawing funds to another person's address, resulting in that person failing to return the funds, causing asset loss;

5. Money Laundering Risk: Being commissioned or enticed by others to assist in buying and withdrawing cryptocurrencies, involving participation in money laundering activities, leading to assisting in criminal activities and resulting in personal legal liability;

6. Incorrect Address: Due to personal input errors, withdrawing funds to the wrong address, resulting in the inability to recover the assets. 7. Risks of Participating in ICOs: ICO crowdfunding is a high-risk investment activity. Please exercise caution.  Also, please do not directly transfer tokens to the ICO crowdfunding address, as this will prevent you from receiving the crowdfunded digital assets.

8. Risks Caused by Force Majeure: Including but not limited to wars, financial market crises, natural disasters, major political events, hacker attacks, computer virus outbreaks, and other unavoidable and insurmountable force majeure events, as well as other unpredictable or other risks that may cause losses during withdrawal operations. Users shall bear any losses caused by force majeure and unforeseen events;

9. Any losses caused by user error: Such errors include, but are not limited to: decision-making errors, improper operation, forgetting or disclosing passwords, passwords being cracked by others, personal computer systems being infiltrated by third parties, and losses caused by malicious or improper operations by others when entrusting others to act as agents for transactions.

10. When a user is detected as abnormal by the risk control system, and the user explicitly refuses or does not actively cooperate to complete the further anti-money laundering verification work required by the platform's risk control.

The platform will have the right to directly determine that this account is abnormal and take measures including, but not limited to, increasing the user's risk level, and directly freezing the accounts and associated accounts of such users until the risk control evidence materials provided by the user have passed the platform's risk control review.
